We have no internet this morning due to a power outage at Cogecos switch here in Fort Erie. That means no phone either which could be bad, but also means that there are no telephone solicitors calling either. When I called to find out what the problem was Cogeco service told me there was a major power outage here, but my lights are on so it can’t be that major. They also informed me that they had a technician working on it… hahahaha! more like sitting there waiting for power to be restored so that he could check that the switches all came back up. What really bugs me is that they don’t put backup power in a place that is notorious for power outages!
